The Maryland Business Roundtable for Education (MBRT) has unveiled the Way to Be!, a mobile application designed to enhance support for Next Generation Scholars. Over the past decade, MBRT’s Maryland Scholars Speakers Bureau has consistently received positive feedback from students, families, and educators. This initiative features presentations from business professionals spanning various backgrounds and industries.

Additionally, MBRT's Be What I Want to Be magazines have served as vital resources for presenters, offering middle and high school students detailed insights into college and career opportunities. The introduction of the Way to Be! app digitizes this essential content, allowing students to engage with postsecondary options in innovative ways. The app includes notifications, reminders, and personalized accounts that aim to ensure students take the necessary steps to graduate prepared for success in college, their careers, and beyond.
